Q1. What's your main product?
A1: The main product in our company is for cat water fountain, pet grooming tools, pet feeders, and etc .

Q2. What is your MOQ?
A4: We accept small sample order less than 5 pieces, sample test is warmly welcomed for customers. If customization order, MOQ is 500pcs.The price will be FOB if MOQ more than 1000pcs.

Q3. What's the universal lead-time for order delivery?
A3: 1-3 working days for sample and small order, by International express: DHL, UPS, FedEx. 3-7 working days for bulk order, OEM & ODM sampling time: 10-20 working days.
Mass order: by sea, 11-40 days (According to the port of destination of each country different , the ETA Date will be diferent)

Q4. What are the payment terms?
A4: We accept T/T, Paypal, western union and trade assurance, for samples the100% payment is required, for bulk order, 30% deposit upon order placed, 70% before shipment. And other kinds of payment also can be considered, please contact us for more information.

When you found defective products, please collect pictures or video and send to us. Our quality department will check where the problem is.
